Business Agility Assessment
Thank you for taking part in our Business Agility Assessment survey.
The assessment should take no more than a few minutes to complete.
In this assessment we try to understand how your organisation coped with remote and or home working, before and during the Pandemic, if perceptions of remote/home working had changed through this period and going forwards the organisations Post Pandemic vision.
Part 1
Asks the organisation if employees were permitted to work remotely or from home and what was in place to support remote or home working prior to the onset of the Pandemic.
Part 2
Seeks to establish what the organisation did during the Pandemic or put in place to assist those employees forced to work from home and the measures taken when there was a partial easing of restrictions and a return to the office.
Part 3
Looks to the future, Post Pandemic, the organisations vision in respect of; growth, ways of working and its operational footprint.
The ‘high-level’ out-put from this assessment will enable your organisation to understand how ready it is for change, and opportunities to future proof the business by moving to agile or hybrid working.
To enable us to get back to you with the results of the survey please complete the registration details. Registration details will only be held by us for the purpose of this survey, to get back to you with the results. We shall within two months of issuing of the results, destroy all registration and information submitted.
