Upon completion of the Project Broom review we were appointed to carry out a performance review of the team running the project.
In order to better understand the roles/responsibilities of individuals and communication between team members we held two workshops to:
A: understand the issues
B: tackle the issues raised
The team review concluded there was little structure within the group, roles and responsibilities were not understood or clearly defined, a pervading silo mentality existed leading to confusion and inefficient working practices.
To tackle the issues raised, we liaised with the Head of Project Broom, Head of Project Management and HR to ensure roles, responsibilities and reporting structures were clearly defined, so that going forwards, communication, transparency and knowledge sharing became the norm.
